Restricted banking hours


Dear Valued Customer,

We care about the wellbeing of our customers and our employees. Due to the prevailing situation in the country, we will be implementing the following branch operations with limited staff to accommodate only essential services from 23rd Aug 2021.

Branch Operations

  • HSBC  Premier Center Flower Road and Main Office Branch will be from 9AM to 1PM.
  • Pelawatta and Bambalapitiya branches will not be open for Saturday banking until further notice.
  • All other branches will remain closed.
 

We encourage you to use our Mobile banking App, Online Banking and Express banking centers for your convenience and safety. Take care and Stay safe.
In the event you require the services of depositing money in to an HSBC account, credit card or any other bank account, you can do so by transferring funds via CEFTS (Common Electronic Fund Transfer Service), an instant interbank transfer service. Call Centre Service

Operating hours of our Contact Centre have been revised. All contact lines are open from 7:00am to 9:00pm, except for assistance for lost or stolen cards which will operate 24x7.
We encourage you to use our alternate channels such as Online Banking, Mobile Banking App or Automated Phone Banking.
