Senior Executive - Software and Digital Solutions

Job Profile:

This position will be responsible for upholding the stability, security, and optimal performance of all software applications and digital solutions within the bank. Additionally, this position will also involve supporting projects and implementing forward-thinking technology solutions that seamlessly align with the organization's business objectives.

A cornerstone of this role involves collaborative engagement with a diverse array of stakeholders, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and, consequently, exceptional customer satisfaction. Your commitment to maintaining a robust technological infrastructure will play a central role in the bank's continuous success and operational excellence.

Candidate Profile:

Degree/Professional qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or Any other related discipline from a recognized institution.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in business software solutions, Application management and Support.
Strong analytical skills together with communication and documentation skills with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical individuals.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, consistently applying innovative and smart ideas to overcome challenges.
Proficient in multitasking with a keen focus on efficient time management to drive productivity and achieve optimal results.
