You should ideally;
- possess a degree in Computer Engineering or a full professional qualification in IT acceptable to the Bank. A qualification in CISSP / CEH will be a definite advantage
- possess 8 years’ experience in IT in the domain of Banking & Finance, out of which at least 2-3 years’ experience in IT Audit and implementing/supporting IT security
- possess a fair knowledge on security products and latest security frameworks
- possess good communication and interpersonal skills
You will be responsible for,
- supporting the IT team in securing the IT Systems and infrastructure by analyzing, recommending and following up recommendations.
- supporting the standards and compliance efforts of the IT department
- maintaining and developing IT Procedure Manuals
- liaising with the Auditors/ external security partners
- conducting periodic review of access and new systems
- recommending appropriate controls to minimize the IT security threats
- coordinating with external departments and submission of necessary reports
- conducting IT Security training
- coordinating IT DR activities
