You should ideally;
- possess 6-8 years of minimum experience in a relevant role
- possess branch banking experience with exposure to credit related work will be a definite advantage
- possess a fair knowledge on the legal documentation work
- possess good analytical skill
- possess excellent negotiation skills / good communication skills
- be a self motivator and good team player
You will be responsible for;
- handling the allocated portfolio of acquired assets to dispose the assets to reduce the NP levels
- effective use of all the channels [Print media, digital channels including Internal and real-estate websites, social media and realtor base etc.] to promote and fast track the disposal of acquired assets
- negotiating with existing client/buyers for possible settlement of dues
- preparation of settlement papers to finalize the settlements / disposal of acquired assets
- assisting the Litigation work related to the Acquired Assets
- periodic visits to maintain/monitor the Acquired Assets
- updating reports requested by the management/Regulator on monthly or Quarterly basis
