You should ideally;
- possess a degree or full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank
- possess 5 years of executive experience in the banking/finance field preferably with exposure to commercial banking and project lending
- possess a fair knowledge on financial statements analysis
- be able to analyse diverse industries
- have an awareness of the business, commercial & economic environment
- capable of maintaining the quality of credit proposals and timely completion of same
- be able to collaborate in a team and driving joint outcomes
- have good communication and interpersonal skills
You will be responsible for;
- evaluation of credit proposals on projects, term lending facilities and revolving facilities (new and enhancements)
- evaluation of individual company reviews
- evaluation of group reviews
- establishing appropriate credit structures and providing recommendations to mitigate the credit risk
- identification of early warning signs to mitigate the credit risk (including the monitoring of special conditions)
- assisting the Relationship Managers in the restructure of credit facilities
- accompanying the relationship manager on client visits when necessary
