Payments from bank accounts
Customers link their bank account once and pay you straight from it, through HNB JustPay. The money settles to your account.
Bills your customers can see
Issue a bill and it appears in the customer's AnybanQPay, with what they have paid and what they still owe.
Payment links
Create a link in the dashboard and send it by SMS, WhatsApp or email. The customer can pay without signing in, and you write no code.
A pay button for your website
Paste one tag on your site. The price is held on our side, so editing the page cannot change what is charged.
Instalments
Let customers split a bill over two or three months. Switched on per merchant.
Refunds and reconciliation
Refund a payment from the dashboard and match every settlement to the bills it covers.
Loyalty points and gift vouchers

Good to know: payments are taken from bank accounts only, so card payments are not offered. AnybanQ does not hold customer balances.

We review what you sent, come back to you if anything is missing, and submit your onboarding request to Hatton National Bank.

Once the bank approves, your customers pay you straight from their account and the money settles to yours.
