At most one a day, and only on days when something you follow changes, or one weekly digest on Monday mornings if you prefer. Everything you follow arrives together in that one message. Messages go out between 8 am and 9 pm.
The weekly digest is Rs. 99 a month and alerts as things change are Rs. 199 a month, by email, SMS or browser notification, whichever you choose. You pay monthly from your Sri Lankan bank account with AnyBanQ Pay: you link your account once with a code from your bank, with no card needed, and can cancel any time. Your alerts start once your subscription is active.
No. If you signed up before 24 October 2026 you keep the terms you signed up on: the weekly email digest stays free, and Premium (alerts as things change, SMS and browser notifications) is Rs. 99 a month, free until 31 December 2026. Before then we'll ask whether you want to keep it, and nothing is charged unless you subscribe. If you don't keep it, SMS and browser alerts stop and email alerts become the free weekly digest.
Yes. Alerts are part of your free AnyBanQ account: email alerts go to your account's email address, and your alerts and AnyBanQ Pay payments show in your dashboard. If you're not signed in, the form takes you to sign in or sign up and brings you back with what you chose.
Card offers, products and interest rates are as each bank and finance company publishes them, and AnyBanQ checks them every day. Exchange rates are the Central Bank of Sri Lanka's daily indicative rates. Always confirm with the bank before you act on an alert.
We use it only to send the alerts you choose. It is stored encrypted and never shared with banks, finance companies or anyone else. Browser notifications need no contact details at all.
Every email, SMS and notification has a link to a page where you can add or remove alerts, switch to a weekly digest, pause or unsubscribe; your dashboard links to it too. Nothing changes until you press a button there.
