Terms of Use

AnyBanq is a comparison and information service. We help you compare financial products offered by banks, finance companies and other providers in Sri Lanka, and in some cases send your application to the provider you choose. AnyBanq is not a bank or finance company: we do not accept deposits, lend money or make decisions on applications. Every product is provided by the institution concerned, on its own terms.

Content on AnyBanq, including rates, rankings, calculators, guides and articles, is general information. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice and does not take your personal circumstances into account. You are responsible for your decisions; consider speaking to the provider or a licensed adviser before acting.

We take care to keep information accurate and current, as described in our methodology. However, providers can change rates and terms at any time, and we cannot guarantee that everything on the site is complete, accurate or up to date. Calculator results are estimates. Always confirm rates, fees and terms with the provider before you apply, deposit or borrow — the provider's own documentation prevails.

When you apply through AnyBanq we pass the information you provide to the provider you select, as explained in our privacy policy. You must give accurate and complete information. Whether to approve an application, and on what terms, is solely the provider's decision.

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these terms.

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose or to submit false or another person's information;
• copy, scrape or republish our rate data or content in bulk without our written permission;
• interfere with the site's security or operation, or attempt to access it by automated means that place an unreasonable load on it.

The site links to providers' and other third parties' websites, and displays advertising. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products or practices. A link or advertisement is not an endorsement. How we keep advertising separate from rankings is explained in our editorial policy.

The AnyBanq name, logo, site design, software and original content belong to Clobe (Private) Limited or its licensors. Provider names and logos belong to their owners and are used to identify their products.

To the extent permitted by law, AnyBanq is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content, including losses from decisions made on the basis of rates or calculations shown, from a provider's products or decisions, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Sri Lankan law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows when they last changed; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
