Eligibility
- Pan Asia Bank World MasterCard Credit Card is offered only on invitation basis.
Documents Needed
- Salaried
- A completed credit card application form
- Copy of NIC or valid Passport / Driver’s License
- Most recent salary slip authenticated by your employer
- Letter from employer confirming salary (including a breakdown of all deductions)
- Credit Card statements for last three months (optional)
- Copy of a recent utility bill (not older than 3 months) as proof of residential address
- Self Employed
- Completed credit card application form
- Copy of NIC or valid Passport / Driver’s License
- Certificate of Business Registration
- Form 18 and 20, in case the company is a limited liability
- Letter from the auditor confirming annual income for the last two years
- Bank statements for the last three months (both company and personal)
- Tax returns in the last two years
- Copy of a recent utility bill (not older than 3 months) as proof of residential address
