Eligibility
- Residents of Sri Lanka in between age of 18 – 60 years – New Customer

- New Salaried individual – Executive Grade with a net salary of 300,000+
- Any other bank credit card holder with the limit of above 500,000 will be considered
Documents Needed
- Duly completed Credit Card Application Form
- Copy of the NIC, valid passport, or valid driving license
- Latest 2 months’ salary slips authenticated by the employer
- Company Staff ID, Professional ID or Visiting Card
- Copy of a recent utility bill as a proof of permanent address
