• Duly completed savings account application.
• A copy of the birth certificate of the teen / valid Passport of the teen or valid National Identity Card (NIC) of the teen if available.
• Copy of valid National Identity Card/ valid Driving License/ valid Passport of Parent/Guardian which contains NIC number.
• A copy of a recent utility bill (If the address given to the bank is different from the National Identity Card /Passport/ Driving License).
