• Sri Lankan Nationals, over 60 years of age

• Duly completed savings account application
• A copy of valid National Idenity Card/valid passport/valid driving license which contains NIC number
• A Copy of a recent utility bill to establish your residence address.(If the address given to the bank is different from the National Identity card/passport/driving license)
