Age Requirement: 18 years and above.
Residency: Any Sri Lankan Citizen above 18 years of age who are:
Sri Lankan citizen employed abroad, resident outside Sri Lanka(Excluding emigrants)
Currently seeking employment overseas
Currently working overseas
Family members resident in Sri Lanka of migrant workers (*Family members: Parents or Spouse and Children above 18 years of age)
