Eligibility
Any child who is a resident of Sri Lanka or has a valid Permanent Residency below the age of 18 years is eligible to open a Mithuru Max Account, together with a parent or guardian.

The child’s birth certificate
Parent or guardian’s National Identity Card / Driving License or Passport
A utility bill to confirm the corresponding address, if different from the NIC
