‘Manusavi’ is a loan scheme, offered in collaboration with the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) and the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE) which provides loans for Sri Lankan Migrant Workers.
Eligibility
If you are a Sri Lankan citizen who has a valid employment contract overseas for a fixed term not less than one year and have a valid registration with SLBFE, you are eligible to obtain the loan.
