- Sri Lankan Resident
- Government Pensioner or widow/widower (who receives pension of the spouse through Pension Department)
- Up to 75 years of age holding a valid national identity card (NIC)
- Pension should be assigned and should have been credited to Cargills Bank “Wishrama” Savings Account during the previous or current month.
- Minimum take home income after all deductions should be LKR 25,000/- or more
Documents Needed
- Duly completed loan application
- Copy of National Identity Card
- Copy of recent Utility Bill/Bank Statement (if address differs from NIC)
- Proof document of Pension Assignment to Cargills Bank
- Proof document from Pension Department
- No objection letter from the particular bank where the pension is currently being remitted
- Other income verification documents (if necessary)
