Eligibility
- Active regular service members of: Sri Lanka Army /Sri Lanka Navy /Sri Lanka Air Force /Special Task Force (STF) of Sri Lanka Police
- Volunteer staff are NOT eligible.
- Minimum monthly gross income of LKR 50,000 (Basic + Fixed Allowances + 75% of past 3 months’ average variable income).
- Minimum service requirement: Completion of training period + 1 year of regular service.
- Age between 18 and retirement, with the ability to make full repayment before retirement
Documents Needed
- Completed loan application form.
- Signed Terms & Conditions.
- Consent letter from the borrower (addressed to the employer to direct the salary to DFCC Bank).
- Official covering letter from DFCC Bank to the employer.
- Irrevocable letter of undertaking from the respective Headquarters confirming salary remittance.
- Certified copy of the National Identity Card.
- Certified copy of the Forces Identity Card.
- Last month’s original/certified salary slip.
- CRIB report of the applicant.
- Duly signed Offer Letter.
