Eligibility
- Members of the Institute of Engineers Sri Lanka (IESL).
- Aged between 18 and retirement, with ability to repay in full before retirement.
- Minimum 6 months of total employment or engagement in private professional practice.
- Minimum monthly income of LKR 50,000 (Basic + Fixed Allowances + Variable Allowances).
Documents Needed
- Completed loan application form.
- Signed Terms & Conditions.
- Certified copy of National Identity Card, Driver’s License, or Passport.
- Salary Assignment – Letter of undertaking from the employer using DFCC's prescribed format or confirmed Standing Order.
- IESL Membership Identification – Proof of membership in the Institute of Engineers Sri Lanka.
- Proof of Private Practice Income – Letter of undertaking from the applicant confirming that private practice earnings will be routed through DFCC.
- Latest Salary Slip (Original/Certified Copy).
