Eligibility
- Being a resident citizen of Sri Lanka
- Being between 18-65 years of age
- Employed with a minimum monthly gross income of Rs.100,000.
Documents Needed
- Completed credit card application form
- A photocopy of National Identity Card/Passport
- If employed, a copy of a payslip obtained within three months or a letter from the employer confirming the salary details
- Copy of business registration certificate if self-employed/Form 20 if company is a limited liability company and business/personal bank statements for the last three months
- Bill proof (telephone bill, water bill or electricity bill etc.) if the address is different from the address mentioned in the National Identity Card
