Eligibility
Be a resident of Sri Lanka
Age between 18-65 years
Employed with a minimum monthly gross income of Rs.100,000.
Documents Needed
Completed credit card application form
A photocopy of the National Identity Card/Passport
If employed, a copy of a pay slip obtained within the last three months or a letter from the employer confirming salary information
If self-employed, a copy of the Business Registration Certificate/Form 20 if the company is a Limited Liability Company and business/personal bank statements for the last three months.
If the address is different from the address mentioned on the National Identity Card, proof of bills (telephone bill, water bill or electricity bill, etc.)
