Eligibility
- Be a resident of Sri Lanka
- Age between 18-65 years
- Employed with a minimum monthly gross income of Rs.100,000.
Documents Needed
- Completed credit card application form
- A photocopy of the National Identity Card/Passport
- If employed, a copy of a pay slip obtained within the last three months or a letter from the employer confirming salary information
- If self-employed, a copy of the Business Registration Certificate/Form 20 if the company is a Limited Liability Company and business/personal bank statements for the last three months.
- If the address is different from the address mentioned on the National Identity Card, proof of bills (telephone bill, water bill or electricity bill, etc.)
