Nivahana – Housing Loans

The Nivahana Housing Loan facility provides customers, the ease of building or purchasing their own house or property and improvement and extension of an existing property.

• Loan up to LKR. 10.0Mn against mortgage over immovable property
• Maximum repayment period of 10 years
• Grace period of 6 months for loans granted for new house construction
• Loan will be released in stages for construction of houses
• Loan up to LKR. 0.5Mn for Diriya members with 02 personal guarantors & simple lodgement of the land permit
• Maximum repayment period of 03 years

• Customers with a satisfactory CRIB and with an adequate repayment capacity are eligible to apply for the loan, so long as they are under 60 years of age.

• Employer’s Letter of Confirmation
• If self-employed, details of the business
• Registered Primary Mortgage over Residential Property
• 2 acceptable guarantors
