Employee undertaking to remit salary to the DFCC Bank account.
Salary slips for the last six months.
In case of other income,
*Bank statements for the last six months. / *if applicable / *Certificate of Business registration / *Income tax particulars for the past 3 years / *Financial statements for the past 3 years
Legal Documents:
*Copies of the title deeds
*Approved survey plan as referenced in the deed and duly approved by the Local Authority.
