For merchants
A loyalty programme without building one
Most loyalty schemes fail on the same thing: nobody wants another card, and the points are worth nothing anywhere else. Yours sit in a wallet customers already have, next to the merchants they already visit.
What it takes
Register and get verified
Business registration, directors and a settlement account. The same check you would do to take payments, done once.
Set your rate
Say what a purchase earns — “LKR 1,000 = 2 points”, or bands like “spend 5,000, get 4”. Change it whenever you like; points already earned keep the rate they were earned at.
Customers earn by paying you
Bill through AnyBanq and points are awarded automatically. Ring sales up on your own till instead? Post them to our API — it is a single call.
What it costs, plainly
Your own customers cost you nothing extra
Points your customers earn and spend with you are your own promotion. Nothing is settled and no fee is charged — the points are simply a discount you chose to give, tracked for you.
Money only moves when points move
If a customer moves points away from you, that liability leaves your books and you settle its value with AnyBanq. If someone else’s customer spends with you, AnyBanq pays you. One net figure a month, either way.
You set what you give; we set what it is worth
The earn rate is yours to choose and change. The exchange rate — what a point of yours is worth when it moves — is agreed with us, so no merchant can quietly mint value against everyone else on the network.
Already run a loyalty scheme?
Keep it. Your system stays the record of your points; we only reach in when a customer converts. That takes four endpoints on your side, or none at all if you would rather issue voucher codes from a spreadsheet.
Ask us for the connector specification and hand it to whoever maintains your system.
Talk to us first?
Tell us what you sell and roughly what you would want a purchase to earn, and we will come back with what the numbers look like for you.
